NEXGEN is a smart and compact MOPA laser marker engineered for precision marking where consistency matters. Built on a 25 W 1064 nm ytterbium fiber laser with adjustable pulse width and frequency, it provides strong laser marking control covering deep engraving on hard-to-mark materials, color marking on stainless steel and titanium, and surface polishing/texturing, all from a single system.
 
NEXGEN is one of the most advanced markers in its class. The autofocus system detect and focuses across a 51 mm height range with no manual adjustment. A calibrated built-in camera handles precise design alignment, and AI object detection identifies and aligns multiple targets in a single pass-making high throughput production fast and repeatable. A sub-25 µm spot size allows fine detail, while the touchscreen interface lets you set up and run NEXGEN as a standalone operation.
 
The product ships with LightBurn Core for advanced layout and editing, and supports an optional rotary attachment for marking cylindrical parts. An optional safety enclosure is also available for contained, operator-safe marking. With its compact footprint and high-resolution output, NEXGEN is well suited for medical device, part manufacturing, jewelry, and electronics applications -anywhere quality, precision, and consistency are non-negotiable.
