OSRAM PLT5 488 nm Cyan Laser Diode – 60 mW 488 nm Single-Mode Output
The OSRAM PLT5 488 laser diode is a high-performance 488 nm cyan laser diode delivering 60 mW single-mode optical output at a typical wavelength of 488 ± 2 nm. Housed in a compact 5.6 mm laser diode package, the PLT5 488 is available with an integrated monitor photodiode and a Zener diode for enhanced ESD protection.
With its clean, side-lobe-free beam profile, this single-mode 488 nm laser diode is well suited for beam circularization, precision optical alignment, and efficient single-mode fiber coupling.
The PLT5 488 nm cyan laser diode is designed for demanding biomedical and analytical applications, including flow cytometry, medical diagnostics, DNA sequencing, bio-fluorescence, and fluorescence excitation.
